Corporate Presentation Design in Villa Insurgentes (El Calabazal), Zacatecas, Mexico

Presentation design supports the speaker and the story; it should not compete with them. The same design principles apply in Villa Insurgentes (El Calabazal), Zacatecas, Mexico: reduce uncertainty in the brief, establish priorities and build only what the project actually needs.

How to frame the project

Charts, numbers and text need a shared visual hierarchy across the deck.

If the scope crosses disciplines, graphic design, web design, e-commerce design and video editing can be considered as connected parts of one communication system.

Communication is part of the service

A good working relationship combines design quality with predictable review and delivery.

Start with the problem, not the style

Separating must-have requirements from optional ideas keeps the project focused.

Keeping the workflow practical

Delivery formats depend on where the work will live: print, web, social, presentation or video.

Budget follows the real workload

Extending an existing system and creating a new direction from zero are different types of work.

Building something reusable

Reusable typography, spacing and component rules make future production faster.

Ongoing content can benefit from freelance graphic design support that builds repeatable rules rather than starting from zero every time.
